人生發(fā)基質(zhì)細(xì)胞位于毛球基部的乳頭周?chē)瑢儆谠偕?xì)胞范疇。它是毛發(fā)生長(zhǎng)和毛發(fā)中黑色素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的主要來(lái)源。在毛發(fā)生長(zhǎng)的活躍階段，基質(zhì)中的細(xì)胞快速增長(zhǎng)和分化導(dǎo)致毛發(fā)增長(zhǎng)。生發(fā)基質(zhì)細(xì)胞經(jīng)歷被稱為角質(zhì)化的過(guò)程，形成一層角蛋白以抑制毛發(fā)脫落。毛囊具有基質(zhì)細(xì)胞的免疫特權(quán)。濾泡細(xì)胞培植研究表明生發(fā)基質(zhì)細(xì)胞能通過(guò)植入毛乳頭細(xì)胞來(lái)誘導(dǎo)新毛囊形成。
人生發(fā)基質(zhì)細(xì)胞提取于人毛囊的生發(fā)基質(zhì)，一代凍存。每管含有細(xì)胞數(shù)>5x10^5cells/ml，此細(xì)胞通過(guò)Fibronectin and CD105免疫熒光染色驗(yàn)證，經(jīng)測(cè)試不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母和真菌。細(xì)胞可以達(dá)到15倍增。

To, whom it may concern. Hello, I am planning to order Hair Dermal Papilla cells and Hair germinal matrix cells. In product description it says 'antibodies specific to fibronectin and CD105' in both HDP and HGMC. I was curious that how did you distinguish between HDP and HHGMC? You used both same antibodies and culture media for culturing HDP and HHGMC right? I want to know how you guys isolated HDP and HHGMC from human scalp. Thank you Sincerely, Gee ho Park

Human Hair Dermal Papilla Cells and Human Hair Germinal Matrix Cells are isolated from different areas of the hair tissue. We separate different areas out by anatomy first before we isolate cells.
